Port Launch & Port Section

Port Launch
[The party is in shackles, being escorted to a small carrier craft by two Imperial soldiers and a Judge Magister.]
Basch: So you were carrying it all along. The Fates jest.
Balthier: Tell these Fates of yours to leave me out.
Imperial: Keep quiet!
Basch: There was nothing else that I could do. You know that.
Balthier: Oh, I understand. Honor, duty, and all that. I still can’t believe that was the Princess.
Imperial: I said keep quiet!
[The Imperial goes to hit Balthier over the head. Balthier grabs his spear and throws him, taking the weapon in his still shackled hands. After a moment of struggle, two Imperials are down, and the last is taken out by the Judge Magister. The Judge Magister then takes his helmet off – it’s Vossler. He begins unlocking the party’s shackles, starting with Basch.]
Basch: The Marquis has been busy.
Vossler: Not lightly did I beg his aid. Listen, it has been a full two years. I alone have kept Her Majesty safely hidden. I doubted friend and foe alike. I could trust nobody.
Basch: You did your duty. And mine for me.
Vossler: I’m getting her out. I need your help.
Basch: Of course.
[Vossler joins the party as a guest!]
[You obtain a map of the Leviathan!]

[Your location map for this area is complete!]
Port Section
Vossler: Wait. A word of caution before we set out. See that red web of light spanning the passageway? It is a mechanism to detect intruders within the ship. Break one of those beams and an alarm will sound, summoning the guard. The alarm should cease after a time, but it’s better to avoid drawing unnecessary attention. Come, Her Majesty awaits.
