Miners' End

Bhujerban Sainikah: There is no anti-Imperial “Resistance” in Bhujerba, bhadra. Not only we guards, but the parijanah guides, too, watch for such activities.
Miners’ Ender (man in green and brown shorts leaning against arch, talking to woman): Have you heard? The mines are closed. They say that raksas run wild within! Strange, since there have always been raksas in the mines… They have never seen cause to close the mines before. Perhaps a creature most foul has come?
City Parijanah: Greetings, I am a parijanah… I am new to this posting, and I have heard a most curious rumor. They say the Dalmascan captain who died has come back to us, and now he runs through the streets of Bhujerba! Murkha! I believe it not.
Bhujerban Guru: Now I hear that those ill-favored bangaa were the headhunter Ba’Gamnan and his crew… Who were they after, I wonder?
Miners’ Ender (moogle with orange pom-pom sitting on ledge below Clio’s): The creatures in the mines, they came through when the mine’s paling fell, kupo! We built that paling… it was strong. Very strong! (gulp)
Miners’ Ender (man in white turban and dark shorts traversing the slope): The Marquis, he trades the best Stones to the Empire, and so avoids their wrath… Without magicite, Bhujerba would be lost.
Miners’ Ender (woman in pink and tan sitting on ledge at bottom of slope): I have received a letter from my friend in Rabanastre. She tells of the new consul. He sounds quite the gentleman!
Miners’ Ender (man sitting on ledge talking to his girlfriend beneath balcony): An intruder in Marquis Ondore’s estate? Haa…. Surely one of the Resistance seeks to kill the Marquis. Too friendly he is with the Empire.
Miners’ Ender (woman in pink, blue, and green, walking around to various people): I have heard that the Judge who came to our mines was no mere Judge, but a high Judge Magister! Why, there are only a dozen or so of these.
Lhusu Miner (tan seeq; Bhorta): Bhadra, have you heard that this Ronsen-boobi, this captain, lives? He is the one who killed the Dalmascan king for bowing to the Empire, no? Now, here is a man with backbone! Bhorta likes!
Miners’ Ender (moogle with green pom-pom sitting on crate): When I think of Bhujerba, I think of sloping roads and high, high walls. The walls protect the buildings from the winds, kupo! We would not enjoy the Khus Skygrounds or the Kaff Terrace so much but for the opportunity they afford us to escape the city walls, kupo.
City Parijanah: I have heard that the 8th Fleet of Archadia goes now to Dalmasca! Perhaps they think to show their Leviathan off to the Rozarrians, haa?
Lhusu Miner (black bangaa yelling at moogle on ledge): Moogle! You are coming down at once! Yes, you will pay for what you have taken! Moooooogle!!!
Miners’ Ender (woman in white, yellow, and blue talking to group): Even those who dislike the Empire keep their thoughts to themselves after seeing the great Leviathan. It is like an awakening to reality.
Lhusu Parivir: Mine’s closed, and won’t be opening anytime soon. Best return my Site 3 key to the Staras residence ‘fore I forget. Mmmmnnrgh.
Miners’ Ender (moogle in gold with orange pom-pom walking in front of Bashketi’s): So, so many hills in this town, don’t you think, kupo? But, ‘tis worth it for our freedom! Maybe. Do, do they have hills in Rabanastre? (pant)
Lhusu Miner (man in dark pants sitting on rail outside Bashketi’s): I do hope the mines will open again soon. I am a miner, you see. We who dig the Stones must be ready for raksas attacks, to fight them as one. That is why we frequent Bashketi’s Gambits!
Miners’ Ender (woman in pink headscarf leaning against arch, outside Bashketi’s): The Stones in the market of late are of quite low quality. The best magicite is being bought up before it can reach most buyers, I know it! Hanta… I do hope this does not tarnish our Lhusu mine’s reputation.
City Parijanah: Haa, the false captain. If you are to imitate another in the future, I would hope you try a little harder in your imitation.
Bhujerban Sainikah: Haa? The Lhusu Mines? They are closed, bhadra. It was the paling within the mines that fell, I hear. It is too dangerous for entry now.

Lhusu Miner (man in green and brown shorts sitting on ledge): There are those who would tell you that the small amount of Stone taken from the Lhusu Mines is on account of our laziness, but this is a lie, bhadra! The Marquis, he will not permit us to mine, with Imperial inspections, and raksas running wild, you see? That is all.
